Theme: Providence is a place for Praise
We will observe Thanksgiving on this Sunday.

 Sound Notes:

Reference Scriptures:
  Philippians 4:4-9

4 Rejoice[c] in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice.[d] 5 Let your gentleness be known to everyone. The Lord is near. 6 Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, beloved,[e] whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is pleasing, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about[f] these things. 9 Keep on doing the things that you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, and the God of peace will be with you.

Call To Worship:
Leader: Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth.
People: We worship the Lord with gladness;
  We come into God's presence with singing.

People: God made us, and we belong to God!
Leader: Enter God's gates with thanksgiving,
    and the courts of the Lord with praise.
People: We give thanks to God! Bless God's holy name!
Leader: For the Lord is good;
    God's steadfast love endures forever,
People: God's faithfulness reaches all generations!

Invocation:
God of peace,
cause us to rejoice in you always,
make us gentle to everyone,
keep us from being anxious about anything—
help us to ask you for what we need, with thanksgiving;
and let your peace
guard our hearts and minds
in Jesus Christ our Lord, who taught us to pray, Our Father...
